Feb 24, 2005 - Update:

Textures 40-43 have been added to the Decemmber section, and the January, February sections have also been added.

The January section has a different sort of handmade texture. I was experimenting with a new style. I created a set of lovely brushes for textures. They can be found at my deviantart account, but I will add an extras section below in a few.

People who don't understand how this page works - there's two barely visible scroller arrows in this window... just locate them and it's all smooth sailing from there.

Intro:

Well, everybody's into textures nowadays... I'd like to say that probably people don't even remember how it all began, but at least in my little tiny corner of internet world, we introduced textures to the fanart community through a challange, and ever since it's been textures everywhere.

So what's the big deal about my textures? Well, I dunno if it's really a big deal, but I guess what makes'em different from your standard textures is that, on the one hand, they are grungy sorta looking, like a lot of stuff people scan these days, BUT, on the other hand, nothing here is scanned - all the textures were created completely in Photoshop, using PS tools.

I'd written a tutorial explaing how it's done and you are more than welcome to try and make some of these sorta textures on your own.

And this is as much as it goes intro wise.
